Would you believe it,it's Wednesday again already! 

So that means it is Sweet Sketch Wednesday day!!!

This week we are sponsored by Lacy Sunshine and I chose this lovely image from the Flowerpot Pretties - Marguerite Daisies.

I printed her on a Craftwork Cards tag and put a paper bow at the top from their Kitsch collection, my papers and card candi are from that collection too.

Ribbon is from the jar and the white lacy edge is a Martha Stewart punch.

Our sketch is a blast from the past this week as it's the last challenge of the month

Purple Kate

Here's a card I made at the weekend, I had had  the skin coloured in for a while on the image which is Birthday Kate from DigiStamp Boutique so I finally finished her off.

The scroll card is from Craftwork Cards but I have added the embossed lines and the papers and embellishments are all from their Velvet Plum collection. 

Allsorts have a challenge The Colour Purple this week so I am entering this card there.

Sweet Sketch Wednesday2 - Doodle Pantry

I have chosen the image Caterpillar hug and also used one of the sentiments that comes with it.

My image has been coloured with Prismacolour pencils and I added a brad which I have had for years to just add a bit more interest.

My peach card is from Craftwork cards as is my base card.

Papers are Lili of the Valley/Nitwits and I have added stitching details to continue the theme of the patchwork design papers.

Hearts and flowers

It seems to be all about, hearts, flowers and romance this week in blogland so I thought I would share this wedding card that I made as a commission last year for my bosses wife.

Velvet plum box frame card

Here's a card I made for my niece who had her birthday yesterday.

There's a tutorial here if anyone fancies a go

Here's a close up of the flower made from  punched circles and a quilled frilled strip.

I really enjoyed making this and the recipient loved it too

Virtually everything used is from Craftwork cards with the exception of some  Memento sweet plum ink and the glue
