A simple sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2

Here I am with my fortnightly Design Team post for Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2.

We are using Dearie Dolls images this time around, plenty to choose from and even better they are free!, what stereotypical Yorkshire person wouldn't love that.

So here is my card

I used a precoloured image, (you can get both versions in every image) so this was a super quick card to make, the papers are Nitwits Dress Shoppe, pears are from the Hobby House, coloured card is American Crafts and the blank is from Craftwork Cards.

Here is Sallys lovely sketch. I can see this being used for Christmas cards, watch this space.

Thank you for visiting and I do hope you can play along with us.

LC designs Monthly Challenge GDT

I was delighted to be asked to be the Guest Designer for the LC Designs Monthly Challenge this month. I have always liked their images and was a member of their club for some years so am lucky to have a nice collection.

The theme this month is Make A Scene and this is my creation

I have used the Freedom Set to create my scene and coloured it with Copics.
The fences are Memory Box dies and the papers are Nitwits.
My card base is size 7x7

Thank you to the LC Designs team for inviting me to join in with them this month.
Why not hop over to the blog and join in yourself.

Thank you for visiting and for your continued support, it does mean a lot.

SSW2 SKETCH 91

Here I am with my Design Team post for our latest challenge at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2.

Here's the sketch that Sally has designed for us this time around

Another great sketch and so quick and easy to create with and here's what I made.

My image is from our brilliant sponsors Digistamp Boutique and is from the set Rosie Collection 1.

Papers and sentiments are from Craftwork Cards Celebrations collection.
Base card is Craftwork Cards and other card is from the craftroom shelves.

The ribbon was part of  a recent thank you gift from a work colleague who I helped out with his final project for college.

What's not to love about a few rolls of ribbon.

Thank you for visiting me again and I do hope that you will be able to play along with us at
Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 this fortnight

Enchanted woodland

Here's a selection of cards I made with the Enchanted Woodland Collection from Craftwork Cards.

I'm entering one of them at Allsorts who have The Great Outdoors as their theme this week so I thought a bit of nature would be appropriate, hope it fits.

Monochrome

This card was inspired by a workshop that I did with Jo Street at The Great Create earlier this year.

Everything apart from the ribbon is from Craftwork Cards. I've used their velvet plum collection.

I'm entering this at Crafty Cardmakers in their Challenge #165 Monochrome.

Thank you for visiting and any comments you are kind enough to leave.
