Critter Crazy #95 DT card

January was a particularly busy month in the Paper and Ink house not least because I ran a class at my stitchy group to make needlebooks and there was lots of prep needed but here we are at the 1st of February so it's time for me to share my DT card for Critter Crazy Challenge.

I used a precoloured image from Lili of the Valley which I have had forever and cut it out with a die from Julie Hickey Designs Dinky squares set , then I used some Nitwits papers from the Promises set, these came from Lili of the Valley when they did the paper pads. The sentiment is Craftwork Cards as is the card blank and gems are Stampin' Up as is the oval punch I used for the sentiment.
Cardstock and ribbon are from my stash.
I definitely shopped my stash for this one.

I am entering my card at
Allsorts Challenge Blog #816 following the Anything Goes option although it could fit the Romance theme with a gift of flowers.

Critter Crazy DT #94

It's the first of the month so that means a new challenge at Critter Crazy Challenge so here is my second DT card of the day.

I created a 6x5 card blank from black card, then fussy cut all the images from Stampin Up Zoo Crew papers and used them to create a scene then used a fineliner pen to draw some squiggles to ground them.
The sentiment and music score are from the  Stampin up enjoy the Rhythm stamp set.
The squiggly paper is also Zoo Crew.

SSW2 Sketch 294

I have 2 DT cards to share today and my first one is for sketch 294 at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2.

The base card is a 5 and 3/4 inch square card from dark blue card and I mounted some Stampin Up Bright and Beautiful paper on it.
I used distress oxides through the Reach for the Stars stencil from Honey Doo Crafts, I'm not sure of the colours as I didn't re-ink my brushes.
The Sentiment is from Julie Hickey Designs - Hazels Sentiment Medley Die Set
Twine is the last of a roll from American Crafts and the circle embellishments are Julie Hickey Designs glossies and this is the sketch number 294 from Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2.

I am entering this card at the Shopping Our Stash Challenge number 538 where the theme is Superstars and we should use stars on our cards.
