Here's the card I made for my mother-in-law.
Base card is from Which-crafts, image is from Craft Creations sheet cut and cuddly bears, papers are Craftwork cards Ice Cream Parlour, flowers are Prima, sentiments are from a Woodware set and Candi is also Craftwork Cards.

Another great card, love those step cards, got a very easy way to make your own but doesn't include the large pop up bit, will bring it to next meeting.
I am working from my dashboard so commenting last to first.
