Another birthday

The birthdays are coming thick and fast at the moment. This card was for Rachel whose birthday was yesterday.
On Sunday we went up to Samuel Taylors as Julie Hickey was demoing, it was lovely to see here and her lovely samples. So much so I came home and ordered the a Project of the Month which arrived very quickly on Tuesday. I set to on Tuesday night and made this card from the project sheet on the back, just adding glitter glue to the card candy. So as you may have gathered everything on this card is by Craftwork cards, it was almost like going on a workshop.

Another outing for the precious moments stamp

It was Paulines birthday on Tuesday and I inked up one of my favourite Sarah Kay stamps for her card. I've coloured it with promarkers to match the Crate papers and cardstock from Craftwork Cards. The base card is made from Bazzill.
The sentiments are Craftwork Cards and Hero Arts. Flowers are got flowers and the jewels are from Papermania.
I don't think I have used this colour combination before but I think it works.
Thank you as always for looking

It was Kaths birthday on Sunday, hope you had a lovely day Kath and this is the card I made her. Iused my new Penny Black Constellations stamp along with basic gray Euphoria papers, another favourite and a couple of nestabilities circles. Some Martha Stewart butterflies, lace and ribbon and a Paula Pascual stamp for the sentiment finished it off.

Simply Cricket

Here's a card for my nephew who is 25 today and loves cricket.
I pinched the idea from Kath who had sent me a lovely z-fold card for my birthday.
The topper is from Kanban and everything else is from Craftwork Cards, papers are Blossom spots and stripes, base card is size 6 back to basics cream and the sentiment is also from the blossom collection. The green card came fro m the Craftwork Cards linen range a few years ago.
Thank you for looking and thank you Kath for the inspration.

Down under

This card will soon be wending its way down under for one of the great nephews birthdays.
This Lili of the Vally image had been stamped but not coloured a while ago (think I must be in use up mode, don't think it will harm me any), so I coloured it with pencils to tone in with the card I had already stamped with memento bahama blue ink, a bit less randomly than the previous one.
It was matted onto turquoise card and I put the 3 little squares of card in the top left corner just to balance it up.
Base card and sentiment are from Craftwork Cards, turquoise card has been around too long a time to remember where it came from, paper string came from a local art shop I think.
Thank you for looking

Quick and easy

I had stamped and coloured this Stampin Up image last year sometime and the card base was stamped with another Stampin up set the other day using Memento Bahama Blue ink.
I matted the image and sentiment onto green and turquoisw card and cut some strips of the same colours which I stuck on for a bit more interest.
Base card and sentiment from Craftwork Cards, coloured card from my collection.

Winter Wedding

We were at another wedding between Christmas and New Year, so glad the snow went as it was in Richmond so a bit of a journey down what with roadworks etc.
This uses the same stamps as on the last wedding card, Judikins curly wedding cake and a Woodware sentiment which were stamped in Brilliance starlite black, but this time I have combined it with Craftwork Cards Jack Frost papers and a panel of white pearlescent Bazzill card over stamped with a Hero Arts stamp Old French Writing in Brilliance Ink, I think I used starlight silver.
Images were coloured with Marvy pens, gems are papermania and organza ribbon is from my collection.
Thank you as always for looking and a very happy new year to you and yours.
