Basic Grey Challenge 38

This is my entry for the Basic Grey challenge blog, it's a sketch challenge and I've used Kioshi papers.
The main image is a Hero Arts cling stamp Blooming Meadow which I have stamped in Stone Grey Stazon and then coloured with Cloudy blue and lettuce Adirondack inks. I've used the stamp again on the lemon paper with second stamping of lettuce ink.
The flowers are by Mei Flower and the ribbon is from my collection. Card and sentiment are Craftwork Cards.
Thank you for looking.

Another outing for the precious moments stamp

It was Paulines birthday on Tuesday and I inked up one of my favourite Sarah Kay stamps for her card. I've coloured it with promarkers to match the Crate papers and cardstock from Craftwork Cards. The base card is made from Bazzill.
The sentiments are Craftwork Cards and Hero Arts. Flowers are got flowers and the jewels are from Papermania.
I don't think I have used this colour combination before but I think it works.
Thank you as always for looking

Winter Wedding

We were at another wedding between Christmas and New Year, so glad the snow went as it was in Richmond so a bit of a journey down what with roadworks etc.
This uses the same stamps as on the last wedding card, Judikins curly wedding cake and a Woodware sentiment which were stamped in Brilliance starlite black, but this time I have combined it with Craftwork Cards Jack Frost papers and a panel of white pearlescent Bazzill card over stamped with a Hero Arts stamp Old French Writing in Brilliance Ink, I think I used starlight silver.
Images were coloured with Marvy pens, gems are papermania and organza ribbon is from my collection.
Thank you as always for looking and a very happy new year to you and yours.

December already

I am really behind with my Christmas this year. I made 5 cards of this design on Sunday which brought me up to a total of 19 made so I had better get my finger out for the other 25 or so people who I want to send a handmade card to. The rest will have a bought one this year I am afraid.
This Penny Black Image belongs to one of my friends at craft group, I'm pretty sure it is Ginettes but apologies if it isn't and I have offended anyone. I coloured it in with Promarkers then followed the PBSC sketch from last week which I loved but never had time to play with.
Papers are by Dovecraft. card from my collection has been embossed with a cuttlebug folder and the snowflakes are from a sizzlit and an X cut punch cut from some glitter paper which I found in my glitter and mirri box.
The sentiment is by Hero Arts and the base card is by Craftwork Cards. The red card was bought at the november show at the NEC around 8 years ago from the Scrapbook House.!
Thank you for looking and for your comments, I'll try not to leave it so long next time.
Edited to add: Apologies and grovels Carole, but on the plus side it's not too far away when I need to borrow it again ha ha!

Penny Black Saturday 107

It's been a few weeks since I entered anything in the PBSC, life and crafting got in the way of crafting for a bit.
Anyway, it's may sisters wedding anniversary on Saturday and as they go fishing this Penny Black image fitted the bill perfectly.
The image has been coloured with promarkers and then matted onto some Bazzill. The patchwork background is made up of Spring Whimsy papers by Nitwits collections and the joins have been stamped with a Hero Arts stamp in Brilliance Starlight Black.
Brads and ribbon are from my collection. Base card (which the scan hasn't picked up) and card for stamped image is from Craftwork Cards. Sentiment is by Woodware.
