Sarak Kay meets Basic Grey 1

Late last Saturday night I made up 6 Sarah Kay decoupage images and then spent most of Sunday, in between going out to buy benches and bathroon accessories, making them up following a few sketches that had been on various challenge blogs recently but which I hadn't entered.

I really enjoyed doing all of these because I love these images, hope you like them too.

Base card and scalloped oval - Craftwork Cards. Oval was embossed with a cuttlebug folder.

Paper is from the Perhaps collection and the flowers were cut out and embossed using spellbinders die Rose Creations.

Pearls are from Hobby House, inky edges are Wild Honey Distress ink and the ribbon is from my collection which is much more accessible in jars than it was on the pole.

Thank you for looking

December already

I am really behind with my Christmas this year. I made 5 cards of this design on Sunday which brought me up to a total of 19 made so I had better get my finger out for the other 25 or so people who I want to send a handmade card to. The rest will have a bought one this year I am afraid.
This Penny Black Image belongs to one of my friends at craft group, I'm pretty sure it is Ginettes but apologies if it isn't and I have offended anyone. I coloured it in with Promarkers then followed the PBSC sketch from last week which I loved but never had time to play with.
Papers are by Dovecraft. card from my collection has been embossed with a cuttlebug folder and the snowflakes are from a sizzlit and an X cut punch cut from some glitter paper which I found in my glitter and mirri box.
The sentiment is by Hero Arts and the base card is by Craftwork Cards. The red card was bought at the november show at the NEC around 8 years ago from the Scrapbook House.!
Thank you for looking and for your comments, I'll try not to leave it so long next time.
Edited to add: Apologies and grovels Carole, but on the plus side it's not too far away when I need to borrow it again ha ha!
